Employer Profile:

After selecting an Indeed profile from the dropdown, changes made in the Employer Center will be reflected on your Indeed Company Pages Premium. To edit at the locale level, you'll see the country and language options appear in the drop down to select when editing each section to customize content.

Company Info

Help your organization stand out to millions of candidates on Indeed by adding basic info like headquarter location, website, and your CEO. Within the "Details" tab, you can customize content, applying edits to profiles globally or customizing by language or locale.

Company Alerts are automatic emails sent to your followers as jobs are posted. If there are new reviews, up to three of these reviews are also included in the email.

Your custom message will be displayed at the top of the company alert emails, along with your customized cover image. This is a great way to engage with your follower community and build relationships with potential applicants.

Maximum character count for your custom company alert message: 160

Header image must be at least 980 x 200 px.

Upload a logo and add a cover photo you think represents your company well. To add or change the logo on your company profile, click Logo and Photos within the Employer Profile tile.

Logo Guidelines: Minimum size is 256 x 256px. Maximum file size is 2M.

Cover Photo: For best results use a wide landscape image.

Minimum image dimensions for upload are 980 x 200px. Maximum file size is 5MB.
You may also choose to add a video to your cover photo. See "Featured Video" in the next tab.

Alt Text Box: A short description to explain what your cover photo image shows. Include any text appearing in the image. Max character count is 100 characters.

Brand Color: Showcase your brand color on your Indeed profile page.

Featured Video: You may feature a YouTube hosted video as part of your cover image at the top of your Indeed Profile. A "play" button will appear over the cover image and the video will open in a video player when the users click on it.

Social Media Feed: Insert your social media URLs. Your company's latest updates on Twitter and Facebook will also be shown on your Indeed Company Page.

Custom Links: Share all of your brand’s important websites on your company page by adding custom links. These will appear at the bottom of your Indeed Profile.

Your ‘Why Join Us’ section on Indeed is your opportunity to show job seekers, investors and competitors what your company is all about. It’s a living version of your Employer Value Proposition.

You can customize up to 10 tabs with copy, images, and video to show visitors of your profile what sets your company apart from others. We recommend you build out as many tabs as possible to get the most out of your Indeed Company Page and attract top candidates. They are visiting your profile are looking to make an informed decision - inspire them to apply by sharing your company story.

Use this section to introduce your company to job seekers. It’s a blank slate for you to customize. We suggest you include any of the following:

How much you've grown in recent years
What your company does and the types of customers you serve
Your mission statement

Basic Company Description

Your brief company description will be displayed together with your logo across the Company Reviews pages, on your Featured Employer Ad units, and on job descriptions.

Company Updates

Publish your latest company news and updates to your Indeed and Glassdoor profiles at once.

Sharing updates about your company to a wide audience has never been easier. Get candidates excited to work for your company by sharing the latest on company milestones, news stories, product releases, community service, and more.

When you post a company update, the content is shared to your Glassdoor and/or Indeed profiles. Additionally, anyone who follows your company will receive an email alert with this update and other jobs and content personalized to them, which can lead to an increase in traffic and applications.

To post an update:

Select your profile (multi-select by country, on Glassdoor and/or Indeed)
Select your target audience (Glassdoor-only customization, including job function, location, or follower type)
Assign a category to your Company Update (not required, but serves to track and encourage user engagement)
Enter your Company Update Description
